5. Code of Conduct

Users must maintain respectful and professional behavior in all interactions with instructors, mentors, and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. Misrepresentation of certification status or tampering with certificates will result in certificate revocation and potential legal action. All certificates can be verified through our official verification portal.

7. Placement Assistance

Placement assistance services are offered as support, not a guarantee of employment. We provide resume reviews, mock interviews, and job referrals, but employment outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
