Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase on the Alpha Innovation platform.

Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases, enrollments, and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

  • Course access fees once paid are final and non-refundable
  • Partial use of a course or program does not qualify for a refund
  • Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund — contact support for resolution
  • If access is revoked due to violation of Terms, no refund will be issued
  • Alpha Innovation does not offer chargebacks, credits, or exchanges

By completing any payment on this platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems on our end that we cannot resolve within 7 days
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course
  • Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course before it begins

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Course Transfer

As an alternative to refunds, we offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value. Course transfers must be requested within 14 days of original enrollment and before completing more than 20% of the original course content.
